What is ATL or authority to leave?

By selecting the box 'Tick this box if you agree that our driver can leave the delivery if you are out' during the checkout process, you will be authorising us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for the delivery (this is an ATL delivery). In doing so, the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver, usually in the form of a photograph taken where the item was left. If items delivered via ATL delivery are missing or stolen then they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law.

Unless you have ticked ATL (Authority To Leave) at checkout, a signature will be required for delivery - if you are not at home the courier should leave a card showing an attempted delivery and advice on how best to receive your parcel. 

All orders are deemed fulfilled once the shipping agent has marked the package as delivered.
