What is a pre order?

A pre-order lets you purchase a product before it is available for dispatch, reserving it from an upcoming shipment or production batch.

The product page will show the expected dispatch window. Delivery time to your address is additional. Full payment is required when ordering unless we expressly offer another arrangement.

Before you pre-order

• Check that the expected dispatch timing suits your plans. If you need the item by a specific date, contact us before purchasing.
• Change-of-mind cancellations before dispatch are for Homecamp store credit while we remain able to supply as agreed.
• If the dispatch window becomes materially later than originally stated, or we materially change the product, you may accept the change or cancel the affected purchase for a full refund. Your consumer rights remain available.
