2.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- We reserve the right to change prices advertised on our website at any time
- Orders will be processed in AUD only

- PayPal
- Afterpay
All transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted connections.
2.3 Order Processing
- Standard processing time: 1-3 business days
- Processing may take longer during peak periods or sales

- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Shipping Services
- We utilize Australia Post and Shippit for deliveries
- Large items (e.g., tents) may be shipped via specialist courier services
- Carrier preferences can be specified in order notes
3.2 Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $200 within Australia
- Excludes WA, NT, Tasmania, and remote areas
- Order value must exceed $200 after discounts
- We reserve the right to withdraw free shipping if we cannot secure reasonable shipping rates for bulky or heavy items
- No transit insurance included with free shipping
3.3 Authority To Leave (ATL)
By selecting ATL during checkout, you:
- Authorize delivery without signature
- Accept responsibility for parcels left at delivery address
- Acknowledge that Homecamp is not liable for missing or damaged items left without signature
3.4 International Shipping
- Available via Australia Post or alternative couriers
- Some items (e.g., tents) require separate shipping quotes

- Customer responsible for local customs duties and taxes
4. Pre-Orders
4.1 Terms
- Full payment required at time of pre-order
- Estimated delivery timeframe: up to 3 months
- Regular status updates provided via email
- Estimated shipping dates subject to change
4.2 Cancellations
- Full refund available if you wish to cancel your pre-order
- Refund processing time: up to 10 business days

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Faulty Items
We will provide a repair solution or replacement at our cost for faulty items. Natural variations in materials (wood, canvas, leather) are not considered faults.
5.2 Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind are accepted at our discretion. If accepted:
- A credit note will be issued as a digital gift card (no cash refunds for change of mind)
- Gift cards are valid for one year from date of issue
- Must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Item must be unused, unworn, in original condition
- Original packaging and labels must be intact
- Valid receipt must be included
- Return shipping cost borne by customer
Exclusions:
- Tents that have been opened and set up are not eligible for change of mind returns
- Sale items (as previously stated)
