Order Processing
- Processing Time: We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days. During peak times, processing may take longer.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in AUD. We currently do not accept payments in other currencies.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards (through Stripe), PayPal, and Afterpay. All your information is securely transferred through an SSL-encrypted connection.
- Shipping: Goods will be shipped promptly once full payment is received. We reserve the right to change prices advertised on this website at any time.
Availability & Backorders
- Stock Discrepancies: Occasionally, an item listed as ‘in stock’ may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you to offer a refund, place the item on backorder, or provide a suitable alternative.
- Pre-orders: Some of our items are imported in limited quantities or manufactured in small batches. You may have the opportunity to purchase an out-of-stock product on pre-order. Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions, we recommend pre-ordering to guarantee availability when the product is restocked. We provide an estimated shipping date for pre-order products, but please note this is subject to change. We will keep you updated via email.
Shipping in Australia
- Shipping Charges: Total shipping charges will be calculated during checkout prior to completing your order.
- Delivery Services: We use Australia Post and Shippit, a third-party logistics platform that allows us to choose from multiple carriers based on delivery speed and cost. For large orders like tents, we may use a specialist courier service. Delivery times vary, so please allow plenty of time for your order to reach you, especially if you are in WA, NT, or other regional/remote areas. If you need an item urgently, please opt for Express Post at checkout or contact us at [email protected] for expedited options.
- Carrier Preferences: If you have a preference for a carrier, please contact us or indicate this in the comments/notes section when placing your order.
Free Shipping
- Offer Details: We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (Australia only, excluding WA, NT, Tasmania, and some remote postcodes). To qualify, your order must be over $200 after discounts or coupons are applied. This offer may be withdrawn or altered at any time and only applies to online orders for delivery.
- Delivery Options: Free shipping uses the most cost-effective option and is uninsured, offering no transit protection. Choose this option if delivery speed is not a priority and you are confident of security at your premises.
Authority To Leave (ATL)
- Delivery Option: During checkout, you may select ATL (Authority To Leave), authorising your parcel to be delivered without requiring a signature. Confirmation of delivery is the record from the courier driver. By choosing ATL, you accept any risks associated with delivery, and Homecamp is not liable for any missing or damaged items unless required by law.
International Deliveries
- Shipping Services: We use Australia Post or a suitable alternative courier for international deliveries. Some items, such as tents, may not be available for international shipping at checkout. Contact us at [email protected] for a quote.
- Customs & Duties: Please check with your local customs office for additional duties or taxes on importation. For questions regarding shipping, please contact us.
Returns
Faulty Goods:
- If you receive a faulty item, we will offer a repair solution or replacement at no cost. Please note that natural variations in products like wood, canvas, and leather may occur and are not considered faults.
Change of Mind:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the item is not what you expected (e.g., wrong colour or size), it may be returned for an exchange or credit. In some cases, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition with packaging intact and original labels attached.
- Include a copy of a valid receipt with the return.
- Return the item within 14 days of receipt at your own expense, with a tracking number provided to us. Ensure the item is returned intact. Homecamp is not responsible for losses or damages during return shipping. If a product arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will deduct the cost of repair or replacement from the credit, exchange, or refund.
If a credit, exchange, or refund is offered, shipping or other costs from the original sale may be excluded.
Return Process:

- Clearly state the issue and provide photographic documentation.
- Provide the original order number.
- If approved, we will provide a returns number and an email with our returns procedure.
- Homecamp is not liable for goods lost or damaged during return. We recommend registered post and insurance for returned products.
- The purchaser is responsible for all return freight costs (excluding any shipping costs from the original purchase).
- Once we receive your returned product and evaluate it, our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss how to proceed with an exchange, credit, or refund (at our discretion).
- Exchanges: If the requested item for exchange is not in stock, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative. Exchanges for change of mind will incur shipping charges.
- Credit Notes: Credit notes will be issued as a gift card.
- Refunds: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Return of Sale Items:
- We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEMS policy.
