How does Click and Collect work?

If Click and Collect is available for your order, select it at checkout.

When can I collect my order?

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready for collection before travelling. Your order confirmation email does not mean your items are ready.

Pre-orders will be available for collection once the stock arrives and your order has been prepared.

Where do I collect it?

Your collection notification will confirm the collection address and available collection times. Please follow those instructions, as arrangements may vary depending on the items ordered.

What should I bring?

Bring your order confirmation or order number. If someone else will collect on your behalf, please let us know beforehand so we can confirm the arrangements.

For tents and other bulky items, make sure your vehicle has sufficient space. Contact us if you need packed dimensions or advice before collecting.

Unable to collect?

Email [email protected] with your order number. We can discuss a different collection time or whether delivery can be arranged. Any delivery charges will be confirmed before proceeding.

Can I return something at the collection point?

Please contact us first. Collection locations may not accept returns without prior arrangement, and we will confirm the correct return address and instructions.
