When will I get my gear (Australia only)?

We will usually ship your product within 24 hours of ordering except on weekends when our warehouse is closed, however during busy periods such as a sale or other peak times this may take longer.


Sometimes there may be a delay if a product is temporarily out of stock in our warehouse and we choose to send the product directly from a distributor or from another Homecamp location e.g. secondary warehouse or showroom. We will do our best to notify you immediately if this is the case.


Once you make an order you will receive a notification confirming your order and another once your parcel has been processed and shipped. You will then receive shipping updates from our third-party logistics service. For standard shipping we generally will use either Auspost, Couriers Please or Fastway - we will usually choose the most cost-effective and quickest service. 


For tent shipping, we generally use TNT as we have found them to be the most accurate for heavy items.
