What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your parcel and the parcel has left our warehouse then you should contact the courier or Shippit support(our third-party logistics platform) directly quoting your tracking number and requesting an update on your parcel. If you are having problems with contacting the courier or Shippit then please contact Homecamp via [email protected] for assistance.
All orders are insured via the shipping agent however an insurance claim will need to be made once the courier has acknowledged and declared the parcel lost, at this point, Homecamp will offer a replacement of the lost goods.
If the shipper has marked the parcel as delivered and you have given Authority To Leave (ATL) then Homecamp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing boxes from your premises.
